DOUBLE ROOM on the first floor with kingsize bed. Two windows overlooking the quiet street at the rear of the B&B. En-suite shower room with WC , walk-in shower and wash basin.
Accessed via one flight of stairs. We are happy to carry any luggage up to your room for you.
Room 4
DOUBLE ROOM on the first floor with some sea views and large balcony with patio table and chairs. King size bed. Seating area in bedroom with two easy chairs and a coffee table. En suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Accessed via one flight of stairs. We are happy to carry luggage upstairs for you.

BUDGET DOUBLE ROOM on the second floor with double bed. En-suite bathroom with wc, wash basin and bathtub with hand held shower attachment.
This is a small room in the eaves and has restricted height with sloping ceilings in the bedroom and in the bathroom by the wash basin.
Window overlooking quiet street at rear and with views over rooftops to the Downs in the distance.
Please note this room is accessed via two flights of stairs, one set being fairly steep. We are more than happy to carry luggage upstairs for you.
